<p>PURPOSE:To revise a design but number and to optionally set a bit number by providing a constant current source varying optionally holding current supplied through a word line. CONSTITUTION:The bit number of a memory is defined so as to revise it to 1/2 of the original design bit number and to use it. Then, the holding current IS of a memory cell supplied through the optional word line W1 is necessary to be made to 1/2. Therefore, the constant current source 6 has plural resistors R61-R63. At this time, by connecting the resistors R61, R62 in series, the constant current source 6 is set to the holding current of 1/2 of the constant current source till now.</p> |
