A device for reconstructing or stabilizing damaged teeth is disclosed, in particular a pin or pin reconstruction system for reconstructing damaged dentine substance. The device is based on at least one appropriately designed pin (14) directly and/or indirectly associated to a filling device for filling or consolidating materials. The pins or pin superstructures are made for example of ceramic materials or plastic and contain no metals, with associated filling device or not.
