摘要

An air sepn. process includes permeable membranes inside a common, thermally insulated enclosure. Feed air is compressed and cooled to produce free water droplets which are removed before the air is admitted to the enclosure. Inside the enclosure is a heater which raises the air temp. to superheat conditions. Oxygen together with condensible water vapour is separated from nitrogen by the membranes and discharged from the system.
