<p>A compound represented by general formula (I) and a preventive or curative agent for fish diseases containing the same as an active ingredient, wherein A represents a single bond and R1 represents (a), lower alkenoyl, cyclopropylcarbonyloxymethyl, cyclohexylcarbonyloxymethyl, benzoyloxy, benzoyloxymethyl, (b) (wherein Y represents -O- or -COO-), -Z-COOR7 (wherein Z represents a single bond, -CH¿2?-, -CH2CH2- or -CH=CH-), -CH2W (wherein W represents hydrogen, hydroxy, lower alkoxy or cyano), -CH2NH2, -CH2NHCH3, (c), -CH2N(C2H5)2, (d), (e), (f) or (g) placed at the 3-position; or alternatively A represents (h) and R?1¿ represents -COOCH¿3? placed at the 4-position; or further alternatively A represents -CH2M- (wherein M represents O or S) and R?1¿ represents halogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, lower alkanoyl, lower alkoxycarbonyl, lower alkoxycarbonyl-lower alkyl, lower alkanoyloxy-lower alkyl, lower alkanoyloxy, hydroxylated lower alkyl, or -O(CH¿2?CH2O)kR?8¿ (wherein R8 represents lower alkyl and k represents an integer of 1 to 3); R2 represents hydrogen, lower alkoxy or lower alkanoyloxy; R3 represents hydrogen; and X represents N or CH.</p> |
