The floating message-in-a-bottle with a keel (2) and sail (3) has a small, elongated housing in the shape of a ship or bottle. Inside the housing is a hermetically sealed cavity for a letter. Alternatively, the top of the housing has a recess (4) with a fixture for a hermetically sealed bottle.
