The knife handle (1) has a grip (2) and is rivetted to the blade core (3) by means of rivets (6). There are round raised areas (7) on the grip immediately surrounding each rivet head (5). The grip handle can be in one piece with slots at the back to allow the blade core to be inserted and compressed.The slots can also have guide projections (10).
