PURPOSE:To facilitate a supervision over complex operation by forming a control circuit so that the reference operation will follow up actual operation. CONSTITUTION:Input data 1 sampled synchronizing with timer 12 are stored in actual-operation shift register 6 and also sent to actual-operation counter 8 and deciding circuit 10. On the other hand, reference data preset in reference-operation shift register 7 are led out to deciding circuit 10 and reference-operation counter 9. Next, deciding circuit 10 compares the input data to the reference data and, when the both disagree in terms of time, performs addition or subtraction 13 by use of the value of reference-operation shift-frequency counter 11 to permit register 7 to follow up register 6. Then, contents of counters 8 and 9 are sent to error deciding circuit 5. Thus, since the reference operation follows up the actual operation without fail, a supervision even over complex operation can invariably be exercised. |
