The X-ray diagnosis arrangement includes an X-ray machine for displaying a moving object (7), and emitting a pulsed X-ray beam (4). A sensor (20) detects the speed of movement of the object (7). Its output signal is used to adjust the pulse repetition frequency of the X-ray machine (1) automatically in relation to the speed of movement of the object (7). A linkage is provided between the sensor (20) and the X-ray machine (1), and includes a device (22) for varying the pulse repetition frequency in relation to the sensor's (20) output signal. USE/ADVANTAGE - Cardiography. Sharpness and resolution of separate movement phases improved with optimum radiation loading.
