The present invention relates to substituted tetrahydrothiophenes of the general formula (I) in which A, B, R1, R2, R3, D and R4 have the meaning given in the description, the use of substituted tetrahydrothiophenes, some of which are known, as pharmaceuticals, in particular as antimycotic agents, novel active compounds and methods for their preparation.
