<p>An apparatus and a method for generating a magnetic field at a low cost. The apparatus is provided with a magnetic material which has ferromagnetism in a very low temperature region below 200 °K, and a means for cooling the magnetic material to a temperature in the very low temperature region. The magnetic material is cooled, magnetized, and maintained at a temperature in the very low temperature region, and a magnetic field is generated.</p> |
