Synchroniser for gearwheel switching gears - has sliding sleeve axially displaceable on drive shaft and enclosing running synchronisation ring
摘要
The sleeve has an axial groove in which the inwardly standing flaps (13) of the ring (14) are inserted secured against rotation. The flaps have a radial slit (15) in which a ring spring is inserted which produces axial centring of the synchronization ring (14). The ring spring (16) is housed in a circumferential groove of the sliding sleeve (6) from which it can be pressed out when the pre-synchronizing force is applied. The side walls of the flaps of the ring and the groove in the sleeve (6) can be formed with inclines so that a locking action is set. ADVANTAGE - Only a very small structural space is required in the radial direction.
