New heterocyclic 4-chloro-4,4-di:fluoro-butyramide derivs. - useful as insecticides and acaricides

4-Chloro-4,4-difluorobutyramide derivs. of formula ClF2C-CHR1-CHR2-CO-A (I) are new, where R1 and R2 are each H or 1-4C alkyl; and A is an N-bonded nonaromatic mono- or bicyclic heterocylic gp. substd. by 0-3 of 1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkoxy, 2-5C alkoxycarbonyl, OH, CHO, phenyl, pyridyl, pyrimidinyl, phenyl(1-4C)alkyl, trifluoromethylphenyl(1-4C)alkyl, 1-4C haloalkyl, benzodioxolyl(1-4C)alkyl, (1-4C)alkoxy(1-4C)alkyl, 1-4C hydroxyalkyl, 2-4C alkanoyl, (1-4C alkyl)phenyl, (1-4C alkoxy)phenyl, nitrophenyl, trifluoromethylphenyl, (2-5C alkanoyl) phenyl or halophenyl. Pref. R1 and R2 are both H; and A is piperidino, 4-benzylpiperidino, pyrrolidino, 4-benzyl-1- piperazinyl or morpholino. USE - (I) are insecticides and acaracides useful for pest control on plants, produce, materials and animals, esp. for control of insects, e.g. Aphis, Nilaparvata and Nephotetlix spp., on rice, fruit and vegetable crops.
