Pipe connection between plastics pipes and flexible hose - has premoulded pipe end with bead to secure pipe cup in assembled state

The plastics pipe end is heated and then a support sleeve (2) with a bead (3) is pressed into the pipe which is then clamped round behind the bead. The pipe is pressed into the finished shape and then the hose to be connected is pushed over the prepared pipe end and fixed by a pipe clip behind the bead. Clamping round the pipe is carried out by a divided counter bearing (5) which has a rear part (5a) remote from the end of the pipe (1) with the inner contour matching the outer diameter (6) of the pipe. ADVANTAGE - The pipe no longer has to be heated during the assembly process on site.
