<p>The matrix display device (2) according to the invention is intended to be associated with a watch (1) furthermore including a display by hands (10) of the hours and minutes. The device acts as dial for the watch. For this purpose, a hole (20) has to be made therein so as to leave free a passage for the runners of the hands. The matrix display device is supplemented with a control circuit (3) and possibly with an information processing circuit (4), by which circuits images and/or alphanumeric texts may be displayed thereon. A sensor (41), responsive to signals transmitted by a transmitter (42) positioned outside the watch, makes it possible, through appropriate software, to control a display personalised by the user. <IMAGE></p> |
