PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of a vessel by injecting a thermo-plastic resin having melt adhesive properties with a vessel-shaped sheet molded from into a cavity formed by the vessel-shaped sheet molded form mounted to a first mold and a second mold and molding the thermplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:A first mold 32 injection molding having an air hole and capable of conducting vacuum forming is installed to a mold plate, to which a suction mechanism is connected, by using a molding equipment, in which an injection mechanism 40 for injection molding is annexed to either one of a mold plate 23 of mold clamping mechanisms 21, 22 with the two oppositely faced mold plates 23, 24 and the suction mechanism 26 for vacuum forming is connected to the other mold plate 24, and a preheated plastic sheet 60 is vacuum-formed, thus manufacturing a vessel-shaped sheet molded form. A second mold 31 for injection molding with the bung hole of a molten resin mounted to the other mold plate, to which the injection mechanism is connected, is mold-clamped to the first mold, and the molten resin is injected into a cavity formed by the second mold and the vessel-shaped sheet molded form, thus acquiring a multilayer plastic vessel 50. |
