PURPOSE:To accomplish a culture operation for a long period of time without capsule breakage by installing a netty reaction vessel in a reaction tank followed by revolving the reaction vessel and agitation through continuously changing the number of revolutions. CONSTITUTION:A reaction tank 1 is first equipped with a netty reaction vessel 2. The vessel 2 is then revolved and agitation carried out through continuously changing the number of revolutions, thus enabling adequate mixing without capsule damage and promising the increase in cellular rate of survival. This computer-controlled system also enables automatic coating operation, and stable capsules can be obtained in a sterile manner irrespective of operator's degree of experience.
