发明名称 FUEL INJECTION PART STRUCTURE IN ENGINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the minimum rotation number for an engine under a low load by forming a fuel injection port between a valve seat and a valve element at a part close to a discharge part of an ignition plug to have a smaller pressure loss for injected fuel than that at the other part. CONSTITUTION:A valve seat 84b is formed along a circumferential edge of a fuel injection port 84a opening toward a combustion chamber 37, and a valve element 85 for opening/closing the fuel injection port 84a is provided separately at the valve seat 84b. A part 94a of the fuel injection port 84a between the valve seat 84b, and the valve element 85 close to a discharge part 49 of an ignition plug 48 is formed to have a smaller pressure loss of injected fuel than that at the other part 94b. When fuel is injected through the fuel injection port 84a toward the combustion chamber 37, more fuel passes through the part 49a close to the discharge part 49 to be injected. Delay of ignition can thus be prevented when an absolute quantity of injected fuel is small under a low load because the quantity of mixture around the discharge part 49 is large.
