PURPOSE:To provide a felt pen lead material excellent in writing properties and dynamical characteristics such as rigidity and low-cost simple manufacture thereof. CONSTITUTION:A double layer sheet (an interface represents a joining interface) in which a surface layer 6 is composed of a web, in which short fibers and a thermo-setting resin are compounded, and a central layer 7 consists of a short fiber web and large number of continuous pores 5 are formed, is prepared, and both layers 6, 7 are laminated and hot-press molded, thus molding the double layer sheet. |
