PURPOSE:To provide the cast molding method for ceramic in which a ceramic substrate of high strength, superior wall forming speed and superior release properties can be manufactured. forming CONSTITUTION:Emulsified acryl resin forming substantially 0.5-2 pts.wt. to a zirconia raw material of 100 pts.wt. contained in sirconia ceramic slurry is added to the zirconia ceramic slurry, and cast molding is carried out. Then, emulsified wax forming substantially 0.2-0.4 pts.wt. to the zirconia raw material of 100 pts.wt. in the zirconia ceramic slurry, in which emulsified acryl resin is added, is added to the zirconia ceramic slurry. |
