CONSTITUTION:In obtain a marine paste product from A ground fish material, the ground fish material is blended with iota-carrageenan and a Ca salt compound to improve qualities of marine paste product. Calcium lactate, calcium sulfate, calcium chloride and/or calcium phosphate is preferable as the Ca salt compound.
