PURPOSE:To prevent a tuck-in phenomenon in acceleration-off turning, and improve the safety by determining a turning in an acceleration-off engine-brake run, control a differential limiting torque to generate an inverse moment to the turning by a brake force applied to a right and a left rear wheels for reducing a turning moment. CONSTITUTION:In case a turning moment is generated in turning in an engine- brake run, a control unit 50 determines a turning accelerationoff, it controls a differential limiting torque of a rear clutch 28 installed to a rear differential 11 corresponding to a car body speed and a lateral gravitation, and an inverse moment to a turning direction is generated by moving outer wheels larger by an engine brake force applied to a right and a left rear wheels. The turning moment is reduced by this moment for preventing a tuck-in phenomenon.
