<p>PURPOSE:To improve the smoke reduction effect of a refuse incinerator. CONSTITUTION:A refuse incinerator 1 has a primary chamber 3 where combustible refuse 2 is stored and a secondary chamber 5 where incombustible refuse 4 is stored. A primary burner, a control valve and a water nozzle 16 are controlled by a primary chamber temperature controller 25 to incinerate the combustible refuse 2. A secondary burner 11 and a water nozzle 17 are controlled by a secondary chamber temperature controller 26 to heat the incombustible refuse 4. A control valve 21 is controlled by an oxygen concentration controller 27 to regulate air supplied from an air supply pipe 19 to an adequate flow rate and unburnt combustion gas that is produced when the combustible refuse is incinerated is heated up to high-temperatures, so that the amount of smoke to be discharged from a stack 7 is reduced.</p> |
