<p>PURPOSE:To form a shape of rolling roll with which the optimum shape control can be executed by specifying the profile curve of rolling roll when the target profile curve of shape control pattern of a rolled stock is specified. CONSTITUTION:The target profile curve g(x) of shape control pattern of the rolled stock 1 is expressed by a formula (1). At that time, the profile curve f(x) of a rolling roll 3 is defined as a formula (2). Where, b2=3a3, B4=5a5,... bn=(n+1).a(n+1). A curve that the terms of even numbered degree for correcting deflection due to load applied to the rolling roll 3 is provided to the profile curve f(x) of the rolling roll 3 is taken as the shape of rolling roll. In this way, the optimum shape control can be executed even in either case of wide or narrow width of rolled stock.</p> |
