<p>PURPOSE:To provide an extruding machine provided with a roller die which is constituted so that a quantity of a bank can be detected precisely, by a method wherein a distance sensor is mounted on the upper part of the bank under a non-contacting state with a material in the bank. CONSTITUTION:A released space is formed on the upper part 17a of a bank 17 in an extruding machine provided with a roller die where the roller die 14 is arranged on an outlet part of the tip of an extruding machine main body where a screw 13 for extrusion of a material is inserted into a hopper cylinder 11, the bank 17 is formed between the tip 13a of the screw 13 and a polymeric material in the bank 17 is extrusion-molded into a sheetlike state through the roller die 14 while controlling the polymeric material such as rubber accumulated within the bank 17 to a proper quantity. Non-contacting distance sensors 2, 3 for the material in the bank are provided on the upper part of a space, a quantity of the bank is detected precisely by the distance sensors 2, 3, through which the title machine is constituted so that the quantity of the material in the bank is controlled.</p> |
