<p>PURPOSE:To discharge fluid of constant volume at constant pressure through plural small discharge holes drilled on an outer pipe. CONSTITUTION:Respective small discharge holes h1-hn on an outer pipe 1 are drilled so that the sum of areas of the holes is equal to the bore cross-sectional area of an inner pipe 2 or smaller than that, and respective medium discharge holes H1-Hn of the inner pipe 2 are drilled so that the sum of areas of the holes is equal to the bore cross-sectional area of the inner pipe 2 or larger than Further, the inner pipe 2 is inserted and fixed into the outer pipe 1 so that the small discharge holes h1-hn of the outer pipe l and the medium discharge holes H1--Hn of the inner pipe 2 are not located at the same angle on the same cross-section respectively, and a pressure accumulating chamber 10 consisting of a gap part holding a clearance between the outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 2 is formed.</p> |
