<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently perform the nitration and denitrification of sewage by forming aerobic and anaerobic states in an endless water channel by individually controlling the operations of a plurality of aerators. CONSTITUTION:An aerator 3 capable of being changed over to aerobic operation and anaerobic operation and an aerobic exclusive aerator 2 performing only aerobic operation are combined to be provided in an aeration tank 1. At the time of aerobic operation, both of the aerators are aerobically operated and, at the time of anaerobic operation, the aerator 3 possible to change over is anaerobically operated to stop the other aerobic exclusive aerator 2. By this constitution, denitrification is accelerated.</p> |
