PURPOSE:To achieve an accurate judgment of quality of pin board units accurately by positioning a circuit pattern on the surface and rear of a PWB1 thereof through inspection jigs. CONSTITUTION:In a wiring inspector which inspects the presence of continuity, insulation, shortcircuiting and disconnection of a circuit of a PWB1 with a circuit pattern formed on the surface and rear thereof, clamps 11a-11b are provided to grasp and hold a circuit pattern and a position mark formed on the surface and rear of the PWB1 being exposed completely while correcting a distortion with the application of a tension force and CCD cameras 19a-19b to photograph the surface and rear of the PWB1 to measure a positional deviation of inspection jigs 14 and 15a of pin board units 12 and 13a from the position mark of the PWB1 without distortion. The positional deviation is corrected by moving the inspection jigs 14 and 15a finely in a relative way to position the pin board units 12 and 13a with the PWB1 thereby achieving a transfer of correct signals. |
