PURPOSE:To simplify an apparatus and to enhance the efficiency of vulcanizing work by vulcanizing a green tire using the radiant heat from the heater arranged in a bladder. CONSTITUTION:The heater 25 arranged in a bladder 19 is operated to generate radiant heat which is, in turn, transmitted to a green tire 12 through the bladder 19 to rapidly vulcanize the green tire 12. Since radiant heat is transmitted without interposing a substance, it is unnecessary to fill the bladder 19 with inert gas and steam and working efficiency is enhanced. Further, since it is unnecessary to circulate inert gas, a fan is dispensed with and a structure becomes simple. |
