PURPOSE:To provide the subject film reduced in the dimension-changing rate and free from the generation of curls by reacting an aromatic tetracarboxylic dianhydride component with an aromatic diamine component, isoimidizing the reactional product and subsequently coating the produced polyimide on a mold- releasing material. CONSTITUTION:(A) An aromatic tetracarboxylic dianhydride component such a 3,3',4,4'-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride is reacted with (B) an aromatic diamine component such as 1,3'-bis(3-aminophenoxy)benzene to produce a polyamic acid whose both ends are formed from the diamine component. The both ends of the polyamic acid is sealed with a dicarboxylic acid anhydride (derivative) and subsequently isoimidized in the presence of a catalyst such as dicyclohexylcarbodiimide. The produced polyisoimide is coated on a mold- releasing material to provide the objective film. |
