PURPOSE: To eliminate deformation to the outside and shearing deformation of a biologically absorbable bone screw when the bone screw is inserted into a bone. CONSTITUTION: This is a screw 10 which is revolved by a screwdriver to be fitted and a medical screw which is made of biologically absorbable materials as a whole. The body part of the screw 10 is provided with a base end part 14, a tip part and a longitudinal axis. A screw part is provided from the base end part 14 of the body part to the tip part. A lobe opening 36 is provided along a screwdriver receiving part 30. The lobe opening 36 is provided with a horizontal wall surface 40 radially extending and screwdriver force is received in the direction cross at right angles to this horizontal wall surface 40.
