<p>PURPOSE:To enable intuitive judging of rice quality by providing an indication of the rice quality which is easy to grasp. CONSTITUTION:A near-infrared spectroscopic analyzer 1 irradiates near-infrared light with continuously varied wave length to a rice sample, detects the transmitted light or reflected light from the rice sample and obtains the spectrum of the transmitted light or reflected light through the detection. A computer 2 processes the original spectrum obtained with the near-infrared spectroscopic analyzer 1, obtains the content of the component for quality evaluation in the rice sample, and controls the indication on an indicator 4 in graphs and figures in combination with the obtained content in the measurement.</p> |
