PURPOSE:To achieve flow rate control of an air stream bypassing a heat exchanger with a very simplified construction. CONSTITUTION:A ceiling-buried air conditioner arranges a fan 4 and a heat exchanger 5 located on a blow-off side of the fan 4 in a casing 1 including air blow-off outlet and an air suction inlet 2 on the lower surface thereof, and includes a bypass passage 13 for bypassing part of a blow-off air stream from the fan 4 through the upper portion of the heat exchanger 5. There are further additionally provided a movable disk 14 having a non-communication part for closing the bypass passage 13 and a communication part 15 for opening the same passage 13, and rotation driving means 17 for rotating the movable disk 14 at a desired rotational angle. |
