PURPOSE:To obtain a vinyl chloride-based resin composition for powder molding, good in powder removing properties (uniform remaining powder in a metallic mold when removing the excess powder), capable of molding sheets without unevenness of thickness and excellent in adhesion to polyurethane layers. CONSTITUTION:The objective resin composition is obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. total amount of (A) 80-97 pts.wt. granular vinyl chloride-based resin having 100-150mum grain diameter and (B) 3-20 pts.wt. fine particulate vinyl chloride-based resin having 0.1-10mum average particle diameter with (C) 0.05-0.6 pt.wt., preferably 0.1-0.5 pt.wt. glucides in their state contained in the component (B) and (D) a plasticizer, a stabilizer, a pigment, etc. Furthermore, the composition is prepared by dry blending the components (A) with (D) and further blending the component (B) containing the component (C) therewith. |
