PURPOSE:To prolong life against repeated thermal stress of a preheater by reducing temp. difference between fluid of high temp. side and low temp. side which are passed through the preheater provided in a fuel system of a fuel cell. CONSTITUTION:The reformer combustion exhaust gas by-pass pipe 4 to by-pass the reformer combustion air preheater 2 is provided and the by-pass valve 5 is arranged in the pass. The double tube type heat exchanger 6, into which pressurized air and a mixed fluid flow oppositely to each other, is provided. the reformer outlet process gas by-pass pipe 7 to by-pass the reformer process gas preheater 3 is provided and the by-pass valve is arranged in this pass and the double tube type heat exchanger 9, into which the raw fuel gas and the mixed fluid flow oppositely to each other, is provided. |
