CONSTITUTION:A lower mold 1 has the horizontal surface 5 equipped with the mold surface 1 forming the rear surface of a plastic tab ring 30 and the vertical surface 6 for holding a metal cap 11. The inclined surface 7 for holding the tab ring support piece 12 of the metal cap is formed between the horizontal surface and the vertical surface. The region opposed to the support piece 12 of the mold surface 10 formed as a horizontal surface is a flat surface and a mold surface 20 for forming the upper surface of the plastic tab ring is provided to the rear surface of an upper mold 12 and a resin supply part is formed to the inclined surface 7 of the lower mold 1 and a compression rod 21 for spreading a supplied molten resin is provided to the resin supply part in a freely slidable manner.
