<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate detection of the kind of an inner unit by fitting a recording paper kind detecting member to a detecting member fitting part according to the respective units in a paper sheet cassette case where a plurality of kinds of inner units are mounted including those whose structure is capable of fitting a plurality of sizes of recording paper sheets. CONSTITUTION:The first recessed part 61 of rectangular shape is formed in front of a case 11 in a paper feeding cassette where an inner unit capable of fitting the A4-size recording paper sheets and the folio-size recording paper sheets which are as wide as the A4-size paper sheets and a little longer than the A4-size paper sheets is mounted within the case 11. In a case where a paper sheet feeding cassette is used for envelopes, a detecting member holding body 51 is fitted by engaging claws 55-57 with inserting holes 64, 66, 67, and horizontally long protrusions 68, 69 are faced to a window 52. In the case where the paper sheet feeding cassette is for the regular paper sheets and of A4 size, the detecting member holding body 51 is inserted to the right side position of the horizontally long protrusions 68, 69 and slid to the right side position, while in the case of the folio-size paper sheets, slid to the left side position respectively, and the detecting member holding body 51 is fixed by engaging protrusions 73, 72 with a hole 50a of a magnet 50.</p> |
