<p>PURPOSE:To enlarge carrying quantity of paper sheets in the side more distant from a reference guide to conduct skew feed of the paper sheets sufficiently without generating twist or crease in a short carrying passage by making friction force with the paper sheet on a skew roller larger in the reference guide side. CONSTITUTION:A device is constituted of plural inlet port rollers 131 for accepting paper sheets discharged from a copying machine, plural skew rollers 133, 134, 135 for making the guided paper sheets skew to ward a reference guide 150 side, and plural discharge rollers 137 for discharging the skew paper theets. Pressing force of following rollers 138a, 138b, 138c, 138d of the skew rollers 133, 134, 135 is set stronger at the roller positioned closer to the reference guide 150 side, friction force with the paper sheet on the skew rollers is made larger on the reference guide side, to increase carrying quantity of the paper sheets on the distant side from the reference guide so as to conduct sufficient skew feed of the paper sheets without generating twist or crease in a short carrying passage.</p> |
