<p>PURPOSE:To provide a low cost heat insulating structural body which has an excellent heat insulating characteristic, extremely small thickness unevenness and highly accurate flatness by fixing a metallic plate on both surfaces or on a single surface of a heat insulating member through an adhesive, and carrying out polishing finish on the surface of the metallic plate. CONSTITUTION:A metal plate 3 is fixed on both surfaces of a single body heat insulating member 2 through an adhesive 4, and polishing finish to obtain highly accurate thickness and flatness is also applied to the surface of the metallic plate 3, so that a heat insulating structural body 1 can be formed. Here, the heat insulating member 2 is formed of glass, ceramic, fiber thereof, or mixture thereof, or the member 2 is made to contain inside fine independent foams uniformly. Thereby, even a polishing finish difficult heat insulating member can be adopted freely, so that a highly accurate heat insulating structural body can be obtained in a clean work environment.</p> |
