ROLL SURFACE WORKING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To form plural patterns having a deformed shape on a roll surface with single light source by juxtaposing a spectroscope for patterning on the laser beam incident side of a condenser lens. CONSTITUTION:The laser beam 19 emitted from a laser transmitter 13 is magnified by a beam expander 14 and arrives at a patterning device 18. The laser beam is spectrally split to plural beams by the device 18 to be desired patterns and by focusing to a worked object 1 with a condenser lens 17 the irradiation working is performed. The rugged patterns to be worked and formed are determined by the wavelength of the laser beam and the number and sizes of the meshes to be split in the case of suing a diffraction grating. The size and arrangement of a through-holes 22 to be penetrated are selected in the case of using a filter for forming the patterns.
