PURPOSE:To provide the welding jig with good workability and high reliability and having a long service life by utilizing the tapered surface to surely fix materials to be welded. CONSTITUTION:Each side wall surface of a recessed part to store materials 1 and 2 to be welded has a taper whose upper part and lower part are wide and narrow, respectively. The surfaces in contact with side walls of a jig main body recessed part of press fixing fittings 7A, 7B, 7C and 7D also have tapers. A vertical plane to press the materials to be welded is moved downward and inward to surely fix the materials to be welded by screwing screws 8 of the fixing fittings 7 on screw holes of the jig main body 6 bottom. At the time removing, when the screws 8 are first loosened and screws 9A, 9B, 9C and 9D on the central part of the fixing fittings 7 are tightened, the tips thereof collide against the jig main body 6 bottom and taper fitting of the fixing fittings easily can be disconnected. |
