PURPOSE:To provide a supporting structure of a spring for car suspension, with which deformation of a car cabin caused by an upper member in the event of collision can be suppressed. CONSTITUTION:A spring to be installed at the suspension of a car is supported by a suspension tower 22, which has a spring plate 20 installed over the spring, and an upper member 24 which extends fore and aft in the car and where the spring plate 20 is coupled. The spring plate 20 includes a supporting part 26 for supporting the spring and a part to be coupled 28 having a junction surface 27 to be coupled with the upper member 24 and extending from the supporting part 26. This part to be coupled 28 is formed so that area A of the junction surface 27 which is situated the foremost lies backmore than that area B of the supporting part 26 which is situated the foremost. |
