This is a new biliquid inorganic coating composition which is well cured at low temperature. Main substance contains a pH controller and a silane coupling agent of formula (I). In formula, X is γ-mercapto, γ-methacryloxy, γ-amino, β-(3,4- epoxycyclohexyl), γ-phenyl-γ-amino, γ-epoxy and vinyl; R' is C3- C4 alkylene; Y is methoxy, ethoxy, and butoxy. Silane coupling agent is used in the amount of 20-50 % of the total silane compound. The pref. pH controller is inorganic acid such as hydrochloride acid, sulfonic acid, and nitric acid; or organic acid as formic acid, acetic acid, oxalic acid and oleic acid.
