PURPOSE:To solve the nonconformity in the rotation for balancing, skew work, etc., and lessen overcurrent loss thereby improving rotation efficiency by making, at least, some scrap parts to be died as half died parts, and engaging half punched parts so as to laminate and integrate core sheets. CONSTITUTION:A thin metallic plate 46 is placed on the die plate 58 provided on the base 56 of a progressive die 48. By a slot hole perforating punch 60 and a through hole half perforating punch 62, a slot hole 52 and a half perforated part 54 are made on the thin metallic plate 46. Next, an outline perforating punch 66, the outline of the core sheet 42 is perforated. Moreover, at the time of punching of a core sheet 42 by the outline perforating punch 66, an upper core sheet 42 is laid on a lower core sheet 42, and besides projections and recesses re fitted in the respective half punched parts 54, and those get in laminated and integrated conditions. Hereby, the handling becomes easy, and the automation of the carriage becomes easy. |
