The circuit for reducing the channel noise as much as the counting rate comprises: a circuit (100) outputting the inputted image signal having a high frequency component as absolute value; a circuit (200) detecting the maximum value by block by comparing with each other the pixel sizes of blocks extracted from the image signal; a circuit (300) outputting the channel peak value as block adaptating count, if the maximum value by block is zero; a circuit (400) generating the pixel adaptating count which has the block adaptating count multiplied by pixel; a circuit (500) delaying the pixel of image signal for a fixed time to match with the pixel adaptating count; a multiplexer (600) transmitting the amplified level of image.
