PURPOSE:To execute an efficient on-line processing by executing it at idle time while avoiding the on-line processing at busy time. CONSTITUTION:An incoming people number detecting means 11 senses incoming and outgoing people and increments/decrements the number of incoming people. When the number of incoming people is inputted, an on-line timing deciding means 12 acquires a data generating amount by retrieving a sales point storage part by time zones based on current time and the number of incoming people. An on-line timing parameter storage part is retrieved based on the data generating amount, and whether it is on-line timing or not is decided. In the case of on-line timing, an on-line processing part 13 is activated. When it is not on-line timing, control is returned to the incoming people number detecting means 11. |
