PURPOSE:To display the birthday and the attendance state of each employee, the contact items given to the employee and the confirmation of his lunch reservation, etc., in the messages by providing a display device to an attendance system device. CONSTITUTION:An employee puts his ID card C into a card reader 2 when coming to his office, and the reader 2 reads the employee data 14 stored previously in a floppy disk 7 and performs the collation of the data in a CPU 1. If the information on the card C is not coincident with the registered data 14, a card confirmation instruction message is additionally shown on an initialization display screen. If the coincidence of collation is secured, the attendance and the attendant time of the card user are written into the attendance/ lunch reserver record 16 and the monthly attendance record 17. At the same time, a personal message 15 stored previously and corresponding to the card user is detected. Then the name of the card user is shown on a display device 9 together with the personal messages including the contact items, a lunch resevation confirmation specification, etc., and the birthday greeting, etc. |
