PURPOSE:To easily set format information by executing operations such as the input change of a format, etc., while directly confirming a format setting image on a screen, and calculating the picture instruction. CONSTITUTION:An operator executes the instruction change of the format image displayed on a display means 12 by an input means 11. A format instructing means 19 temporarily stores coordinates (before and after the change) on the display means 12, to which the change is instructed by the input means 11, and calculates the numerical data of the format from the information. A format setting means 17 sets the format while receiving the numerical data from the format instructing means 19 and stores format data in a format storage part 16. |
