<p>PURPOSE:To execute the next program operation by detecting the last address in a page with a simple circuit and a narrow circuit area. CONSTITUTION:NOR among every plural bits of an address is operated by a NOR circuit 31; and when the last address in the page is detected in a last address detecting circuit 32 by the result of this NOR, the write operation to a memory cell is performed by a program start circuit 33. Since the last address in the page is detected without using a counter circuit, the simple circuit is constituted, and the occupied area in a semiconductor storage device is reduced.</p> |
