<p>PURPOSE:To provide a visual inspection device which provides an image of a specimen in a stable state with a fixed size without being affected by the cover tape of a tape. CONSTITUTION:A running guide 24 is provided within a passage along which a tape 1 with which a chip resistor R is taped runs. The running guide 24 is provided with an outwardly curving guide face 36 to strain the cover tape 3 of the tape 1. Float preventing guides 25, 26 prevent the tape 1 from floating from the guide face 36. The chip resistor R in the tape 1 running while being guided by guides 24, 25, 26 is illuminated by illumination means 21,22 and an image of the resistor R is picked up by an image pickup device 23. Since the cover tape 3 is strained, the influence on the tape 3 is eliminated.</p> |
