摘要 PURPOSE:To keep the whole capacitor capacity constant thereby avoiding the decline in the output energy of laser beams by a method wherein multiple capacity compensating capacitors are in-parallel arranged in capacitors so that the number of the capacity compensating capacitors may be controlled to the capacity fluctuation resultant from the temperature fluctuation of the capacitors. CONSTITUTION:Within the main capacitor 6, the first three capacity compensating capacitors 21a-21c are in-parallel connected through the intermediary of the first switching means 22 to be the main controller, while within respective peaking capacitors 13, the second three capacity compensating capacitors 23a-23c are similarly in-parallel connected through the intermediary of the second switching means 24. When the temperature of respective capacitors 6, 13 is boosted by repeating the laser actuation, the ends of the first and second sheets 26, 28 are bent by the thermal effect of the laser actuation. At this time, the higher the temperature rise, the higher the bending degree so that the three capacity compensating capacitors may be in-parallel connected to respective capacitors 6, 13 but to one or two capacitors 6, 13 if the temperature rise is lower.
